A different locksmith from another provider left our front gate in a poor condition, but and Craig from Phoenix Doors & Locks really made up for the terrible service we received earlier, he arrived even earlier than promised and instantly identified all the problems, then he fixed the everything, reinforced the hardware and even installed security plate that matched its finish, absolutely fabulous, everything looks good now, high quality work at a very reasonable price, can’t ask for a better service.
