I contacted several places and got so many offers I was almost lost, but Jacob was really consistent and called me twice to improve his offer and was so nice over the phone that I had no choice but to hire him, and I really didn’t regret it. He replaced both doors, back and front, deadbolts and doorknobs with new Kwikset SmartKey locks and explained patiently who to rekey them myself, he didn’t leave before I was 100% sure how to do it and I am so very thankful and grateful for that, would absolutely recommend this company!
