Jacob was totally amazing. Called in with an emergency and he was out here in 15 minutes. The key was turning inside the lock but the lock didn’t lock the door. Jacob was very professional he told me it’s a common problem with the tailpiece which is the part that connects the lock cylinder to the deadbolt. He managed to save and fix my lock which saved me a great deal of money. Thank you Jacob very much I appreciate your time and effort!
