Samuel was our technician and he tried to repair a broken lock on our backdoor instead of installing new ones and thus, saved us a great deal of money, he also rekeyed both back and front doors and everything is working flawlessly, Samuel is a great guy to work with, he is very knowledgeable, very friendly and also very reasonable, everything went according to the plan, I’m totally satisfied.
