Yesterday I called Phoenix Doors And Locks upon a lock repair service. The technician, who arrived promptly and was extremely friendly and professional, quickly identified the problem and provided me with 2 options, to fix the lock or to replace it. I went with fixing it and he explained in detail what he was doing each step of the repair . All in all he did a great job and now it works just perfect. Thanks!!
