I recently purchased a 2016 Honda Civic to my son and it came with only one fob. I wanted him to have a spare one just in case, so I purchased online a new fob and now all that's left is to program it. We've called the dealership but their price was to expensive for my humble opinion, so we checked with couple locksmiths and 'oh boy' I was right, Phoenix Doors & Locks rates were way cheaper... about 50% less! ! ! Within 2hours we had our new fob programmed at and we didn't have to move a muscle. Can't say enough great things about these guys!! THANKS!!

Jacob was totally amazing. Called in with an emergency and he was out here in 15 minutes. The key was turning inside the lock but the lock didn't lock the door. Jacob was very professional he told me it's a common problem with the tailpiece which is the part that connects the lock cylinder to the deadbolt. He managed to save and fix my lock which saved me a great deal of money. Thank you Jacob very much I appreciate your time and effort!
