Jordan was the locksmith who came out and made my wife a programmed a new fob for her 2019 Jetta! He did a great job and his price was ridicules cheaper than the dealership!!

Roy the technician was amazing he was at my house in under 20 minutes he fixed the lock very fast and explain everything to so I not be surprise. I didn’t knew I have chines lock and he  didn’t have the right part but he’s colleague came to help and  drop off the right part. Professional guy with a great work I will use them again.

Excellent service from Jordan at Phoenix Doors & Locks, who came out at our business earlier within the time frame they have provided, managed to rekey all our locks under an hour and made 10 extra keys including a master key that unlock all locks. He also made some adjustments on 2 emergency exit doors and fix the push bar mechanism, so they would open properly, great guy very professional, highly recommended.

After a recent break-in attempt, me and my partner have decided to upgrade our front door locks and security. Jacob from Phoenix Doors & Locks came out on time and did a fantastic job, he was very knowledgeable about the different types of high-security locks available and helped us to choose the best ones for us. He worked efficiently finished installing all the new locks in less then an hour. He also install a Ring doorbell device and charged a very reasonable that was quoted upfront, outstanding service from start to finish!

I needed a new key fob for my Toyota Camry after my only one stopped working, Lior came out to my house within an hour of my call and made the new key fob in less than half an hour, cut and programmed. Brad came to see me at my house at 10PM to help me with rekeying the locks, he was very kind and respectful, super fast and very professional, I was completely upset when I called because my ex-husband suddenly showed up at the house, he probably had a spare key and I needed Brad to fix the locks.
